About this course
This session is a Red stage tennis which is played on smaller courts, with 21″ rackets and 75% slower balls. You’ll see overarm serves, rallies and volleys. Coaches will help children to further develop their coordination, balance and speed. We introduce relaxed competition here too.
THIS SESSION IS RUN INDOORS IN A SPORTS HALL THROUGH THE WINTER (November – March)
