Red ball matches are played on a quarter of a court from doubles tramline to doubles tramline, with a portable net and using red tennis balls. These tennis balls are slightly larger and around 50% slower than regular tennis balls. Each match is scored using a tiebreak to 10 points.

Orange ball matches are played on a shortened tennis court over a slightly lowered net and using orange tennis balls. These tennis balls are the same size as a yellow tennis ball but around 50% slower. Each match is scored using a tiebreak to 10 points.
