Court hire, venue memberships and facility bookings at our venues are managed through ClubSpark, operated by the Lawn Tennis Association. Coaching bookings, Coaching Plan subscriptions and related payments are managed through TeamUp.
  • By using these platforms you are also subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation, availability or data handling practices of these third party platforms.

3. General Terms

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff and other players at all times. We reserve the right to remove any individual from our facilities or programmes without refund where conduct is deemed unacceptable.
  • We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in any activity unless caused by our negligence. It is the responsibility of each participant to inform us of any relevant medical condition before taking part.

4. Coaching Terms

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
