Green Stage Padel

About this course

For players transitioning from Orange Stage or confident newcomers ready to step things up. At this stage it’s about building consistent technique across all the core shots — forehand, backhand, volley, lob and smash. Players start to develop a more solid game and learn how to construct points using all parts of the court, including the walls. Court positioning and doubles tactics become a bigger focus here as players grow into the strategic side of padel.
