Orange Stage Padel

About this course

Perfect for players moving up from Red Stage or newcomers taking their first proper steps on court. Sessions are played on adapted courts with adapted balls – this is the stage where padel really starts to come alive. Players will learn how to hit all padel shots; forehand, backhand, volley, serve, return & lob! Here we start building in tactics, problem-solving and an understanding of sportsmanship. Expect lots of fun, active games and the first introduction to relaxed competitive play.
