A fun and social group coaching course which helps adult beginners to get into tennis. Tennis Xpress teaches the foundations of the game so that by the end of the six week course you will be able to enjoy fun matches with friends, family or other people that you meet.
Bespoke coaching courses cater for players of varying skill levels, with content tailored by the coach. If you want to improve your serve, learn tactics or practice some drills, there is bound to be a course for you.
Looking for a new, fun and exciting way to improve your fitness or lose weight? Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. As opposed to focusing on technique and tactics Cardio Tennis is about getting your heart rate up, burning lots of calories and hitting loads of balls.

The perfect way for adults of all standards to get on court and play some fun, competitive matches without needing to join a club. There are nearly 200 Local Tennis Leagues nationally to choose from. Simply join the upcoming Round, tell the league about your playing style and they’ll match you with players of a similar standard so you all get great matches.
touchtennis is the closest thing to five a-side for tennis. Played on a smaller court, with 21” rackets and foam balls, it can be played on any flat space, indoors or outside. The specifically designed ball and unique rules creates a level playing field whereby different abilities can enjoy playing together.
