About this course

This session will primarily focus on technique and will help you to develop an understanding of the game and the four main strokes (serve, forehand, backhand and volley). Beginner sessions provide support to help you develop your own style and learn about effective body movement for tennis. They may be taken over a number of months or even up to a year to establish a springboard to intermediate level.

Members only

Our sessions are only for club members, therefore you will need to join the club after your 2 week free trial in order to continue with coaching.

You can take out a full membership or a coaching only membership. To sign up or for more information on membership, please visit www.eatsc.org.uk

If you are already a member, you do not need to amend your membership going forward.
