Red Stage Development (Girls Only)

About this course

This session is a Red stage tennis for girls only, which is played on smaller courts, with 21″ rackets and 75% slower balls. You’ll see overarm serves, rallies and volleys. Coaches will help kids to further develop their coordination, balance and speed. We want girls across Basingstoke to pick up a racket and start playing tennis on their terms with our LTA Youth Girls session! In partnership with the LTA and Prime Video, this girls-only beginner weekly tennis session is packed with games and activities that will help build skills on court, as well as new friendships and confidence in everyday life. We’re here to make tennis more fun, social and engaging for girls, inspiring them to get on the court with friends and family – enjoying the many benefits our sport has to offer.
