So why take part in tennis coaching?

Tennis is a technical sport, and with the correct technique and tactics, you can maximise your game and experience on court. Group coaching is also a great way to play in an organised way, and play, learn and compete against other people. Some players join group coaching not only to improve their game, but to keep fit and be social.
